This project started with a request for help with an abandoned gas station in Garden Grove, California. Louis Doyle developed the relationships necessary to move the deal forward, and assisted as the life insurance company divested itself of its investment property portfolio at a steady pace. Our team ended up representing the company in selling 25 properties in California and multiple states.
