About the project

Louis Doyle and partners purchased this aging shopping center formerly anchored by the oldest existing Publix grocery store at one time, in Sarasota, Florida. Originally built in 1954, LR Doyle real estate worked with the community on plans to revitalize the plaza and worked with city officials to rezone the highly controversial property. The LR Doyle team also helped plan its redevelopment to integrate better into surrounding residential neighborhoods and amenities, and finally sold the property to a mixed use developer.
