About the project

Louis Doyle started by representing Lincoln Financial in the sale of a corporate headquarters campus in Salinas, California leased to HSBC. The property consisted of a 202,000 square foot office building on approximately 14 acres, housing about 1,000 employees. In addition, our team sold an adjacent industrial building and daycare center owned by a local developer totaling approximately 86,000 square feet also leased to HSBC.
